Fleet plan feature
This feature is part of the Fleet plan for businesses.
Refuelr Fleet is for businesses running 5+ vehicles. Multi-driver cost tracking, expense reports, and per-org billing.
What's included
- Unlimited vehicles per organisation
- Per-driver fill-up log + cost reports
- CSV import for fuel-card statements
- Member roles (admin, member)
- Expense report exports (CSV)
- Centralised billing through Stripe
Roles
Each org has admins (manage billing, vehicles, members) and members (log their own fills, see their assigned vehicle). One person can be both at once.
Getting around Fleet
Fleet has its own top-level tab in the bottom navigation, visible whenever you belong to at least one organisation. Tapping it opens the Fleet shell — a wider admin canvas with a sidebar (Dashboard, Vehicles, Members, Import, Settings) and a persistent organisation switcher in the header. If you belong to multiple orgs, /fleet is a landing page that lists all of them.
Use "Switch to Personal" in the top-right of the Fleet header to return to the consumer experience (Map, Stations, News, Settings).
