Common issues
Map shows no stations
Check your fuel filter (top of map). If your selected fuel isn't sold in the area, the map can look empty. Try switching to U91 to confirm the map is working, then back to your preferred fuel.
Magic link didn't arrive
- Wait 60 seconds — sometimes the email is delayed.
- Check your spam folder for sender noreply@refuelr.au.
- If still missing, try requesting a new link — old ones expire.
Push notifications not arriving
On iOS, web push only works in Safari and only after you 'Add to Home Screen'. On Android Chrome, check Settings → Site permissions → Notifications and make sure refuelr.au is allowed.
Wrong price showing
Tap 'Report wrong price' on the station sheet. Refuelr pulls from official state feeds (FuelCheck, FuelWatch, etc.) — sometimes a station hasn't reported yet.
Premium upgrade not unlocking
Sign out and back in to refresh your subscription state. If still stuck, contact support from Settings → Help → Send feedback.
Is there a native mobile app?
Refuelr currently runs as a web app (PWA) — open refuelr.au on your phone and tap your browser's 'Add to Home Screen' option to install it like a native app. A native Android app is in development and will be released ahead of iOS.
Where do I see actual Premium pricing?
Visit /pricing for current monthly and annual rates for Premium and Fleet plans. You can also see your selectable plans inside Settings → Billing.
