Fleet plan feature
This feature is part of the Fleet plan for businesses.
If you're the org admin, this is where you set up vehicles, invite drivers, run reports, and manage billing.
Set up your organisation
- Open the Fleet tab. If you have no orgs yet, you will be redirected to Create organisation.
- Pick a name and slug — the slug appears in URLs and invites.
- Choose a plan tier and add billing details (Stripe).
Add vehicles
Fleet → [Your org] → Vehicles → Add. Each vehicle has a rego, fuel type, and optional default driver. CSV bulk import is supported under Vehicles → Import.
Invite drivers
- Fleet → Members → Invite.
- Enter the driver email and pick role (admin or member).
- They get a magic link to join.
Fuel-card CSV import
Bulk-import fill-ups from your fuel-card provider. Supported formats include BP Plus, Shell Card, Caltex StarCard, and any standard CSV. Refuelr maps columns automatically and lets you save the mapping for next month.
Expense reports
Fleet → Settings → Export. Pick a date range and format (CSV, XLSX). Reports include per-driver totals, per-vehicle totals, and savings against city averages. BAS-ready PDF exports are available from the same screen.
Billing
Fleet → Settings → Billing. View current invoice, change plan, update card. Cancellation refunds the unused portion of the month pro-rata.
