Fleet plan feature
This feature is part of the Fleet plan for businesses.
If you're a driver in a Fleet org, your job is to log fills and the rest is automatic.
Joining your org
- Click the magic link your admin sent.
- Sign in (or sign up) with that email.
- Once joined, a Fleet tab appears in the bottom navigation. Tap it to enter the Fleet shell; your org is selected automatically (or pick it from the org switcher in the header if you belong to several).
Logging a fill
After filling up, open Refuelr → Fleet → Log fill-up. Enter litres, price, odometer. The fill is attributed to your default vehicle and visible to your admin in the next report.
Switching vehicles
If you drive multiple vehicles, you can pick which one a fill belongs to before saving. Your admin assigns which vehicles you have access to.
